Bug reading the ♥ from the PR♥ISM [Resolved]
« on: January 11, 2015, 07:36:19 PM »

Hi everyone ~

I've started playing again VG and tried to (force) make friends play it too x').

Well, one of them has a weird bug that me and my brother never had. Her client can't read the ♥ in the PR♥ISM Bermuda : s.

She can see the card in the card list in the deck editor but can't see anything (no description, no image, etc.)

Instead of the "♥", she sees a "#".

I already look into several things:

-> Her language file (even if I don't think it plays a role in this) is still set to UT-8.
-> Her computer is set to the correct region/time set, and she can see the ♥ outside Cray Online
-> She tried admin mode, deleting the game and unzipping it again, still the same bug.
-> The cards are in her Images Folder
-> I tried to give her my file "cards" database, still the same bug : s

She's on Seven.

Any idea where the problem comes from?

Thanks in advance : s

What software are you using to extract game files? I suggest to use 7zip as I have encountered some problems with winzip and older winrar version.

Also does card images have ♥ in their names?

In worst case scenario you have to rename them manually.

Thanks for the anwser.

Well, using 7zip corrected the info-bug, as for the images, yep we had to rename them ourselve.
