Not only that but OCG and TCG lists are different!

Well TCG list is ok , but Dragons still going to win.

lol I know! After some adjusting, the TCG list seems more like a reset for the meta game to me. Like, people will be able to actually PLAY their decks a little bit.

I haven't seen Dragons in a while. Probably because they are trying other decks? YOU CAN STILL USE THEM, GUYS! THEY'RE JUST WATERED DOWN A BIT!

The TCG list is until December, though? I wonder why...?

I asked someone else the same question just after the list change, and they said that the list is going with quarterly updates, starting then.
